UAS aerial photography, filming and surveying

Based in Northumberland, Newcastle Upon Tyne and Spain, Skyimage offers a number of aerial services for various commercial applications both nationwide and worldwide.

Our unmanned aerial systems (UAS) are an affordable, convenient alternative to hiring helicopters or planes to capture aerial photography, videography or data at great ease and at little expense due to our drone technology. With permissions for aerial work granted by the C.A.A (Civil Aviation Authority), Skyimage fly using remotely piloted aircraft systems which are state of the art and have been fully customised to suit each sector providing beautiful, crystal clear high resolution images, data and ultra smooth, ultra-high quality cinematic 4K resolution and full HD film as used in cinema and blockbuster TV shows. Our pilots are fully trained, CAA qualified and insured with safety being a primary focus of any aerial work required.

PLANNING, PERMISSIONS & INSURANCE

Skyimage has full insurance and public liability insurance of £5m. Sometimes special permissions may need to be granted by the CAA and we can handle the applications process. Before any shoot, we will carry out a site survey taking into account all factors which may affect the safety of those people on the ground or other potential aircraft and hazards.

Being licensed by the C.A.A. it may be necessary to obtain special permissions (such as when shooting in City centres or other restricted airspace). We can apply for any additional permissions if required.
